Rental returns

Is your LE MARQUIER plancha - French griddle rental coming to an end? Below you will find instructions on how to return your product.

Step 1

For the duration of your rental, remember to keep the box and half-pallet that came with the product. The shipper will need them to return the product to us in good condition. If you're missing a box or half-pallet, please let us know as soon as possible so we can send you another one. You will be invoiced for this additional shipment upon receipt of the product at the end of the rental period (approx. €50).

Step 2

We will supply you with everything you need to maintain your plancha - French griddle during the time you are using it (stainless steel scrubber + cleaning product). We therefore invite you to use the scrubber and the cleaning product to maintain the plancha - French griddle and to keep in it the best possible condition. The plancha - French griddle must be returned with its grease trap. As soon as we receive the product, we will carry out a thorough product evaluation. Abnormal wear and tear (e.g. dents in the frame, deep scratches on the plate or improper cleaning) may result in additional charges, which will be invoiced to you.

Step 3

We will contact you to arrange a meeting with the shipper who will return the product to us.

Step 4

We will inform you of the successful receipt of the return and the final evaluation of the returned product.

Step 5

If you would like to extend the experience and ultimately purchase the product at the end of your rental period, please contact us for a customized sales price.

Step 6

The plancha - French griddle will then be rented out again, or sold second-hand, depending on its condition, so another user can enjoy it at a lower cost.
